Jamaican Pastry recipe - Making Blue Draws (Tie Leaf)

There are many Jamaican pastry recipes that have been passed down from our African ancestors and Tie Leaf or Blue Draws in one of them. It also has links to West African countries like Ghana, going by the name Dukuna or Duckanoo.
