Cooking Jamaican Style Rundown With Grated Coconut

For persons cooking Jamaican food, this has been a tasteful and economic staple for years, in the Jamaican household. It consists mainly of Salt Mackerel, which is an affordable fish, and coconut milk that is obtained from grating a coconut, as opposed to using a processed product. This meal is prepared by my grandma, Mama Joice, who insists on using natural seasonings, again, nothing processed, so that it has a rich flavour.
